If using your health insurance, initial assessments are 1 hour (and sometimes longer). During your first session, we’ll discuss what to expect, confirm your contact information, ensure all necessary forms are completed, and discuss your medical history, lifestyle, challenges, and long-term goals. If time permits, we’ll also explore where you would like to start in your health journey and gather other nutrition-related details to help guide your care.

Following the initial assessment, we’ll schedule follow-up sessions that are 45 minutes to 1 hour at a pace that fits your schedule, budget, and personal needs. In these sessions, we’ll focus on building sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits, reviewing your progress, and adjusting as needed. Each visit also provides support, accountability, and collaborative strategies to help you move toward your goals with confidence.

Should insurance not cover our sessions, I do offer cash pay as an option. Please reach out to inquire.
